Ocular Surface Analyser(OSA) integrates the following examinations

Meibography imaging
Blepharitis imaging
Non invasive break up time
Lipid layer evaluation
Tear Meniscus height

Dry Eye is commonly caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction( MGD)
OSA uses infrared camera & detects percentage of areas with altered Meibomian glands in eyelids
OSA makes it possible to identify patients type of dry eye disease & determines which deficient layers ( lipid , aqueous or mucin) should be treated
